1. General provisions

a) The owner and administrator of the Free.Test-IQ.Live website is the IQ_Team group.
b) The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
- through information entered voluntarily in forms

3. Information about cookies

a) The free.test-iq.live service uses cookies.
b) Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files that are stored in the Website user's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, time of storage on the end device and a unique number.
c) The Website Administrator is the entity that places cookies on the Website user's end device and obtains access to them.
d) Cookies can be used for the following purposes:
- generate statistics that help to understand how website users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
- maintaining the website user's session (after logging in), so that the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the website;
- determining the user's profile in order to present him with matched materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network

4. Server logs

a) Information about some of the behaviors of users are subject to logging in the server layer. These data are used only for the purposes of administering the website and providing the best service for the hosting services provided.
b) The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. The following may also be recorded:
- enquiry time
- time to send a response
- the name of the client station – identification is carried out by the HTTP protocol
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions

c) The Administrator may be obliged to provide information collected by the service to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful demands within the scope resulting from the request.
